Ripley Fieldwork Tracker exists because BACB fieldwork documentation is too important to live in a spreadsheet. Since summer 2021, we've helped aspiring BCBAs log hours correctly, meet every monthly requirement, and walk into certification with clean, signed records.
What Ripley is
Ripley is a free web app for tracking BACB fieldwork hours toward BCBA certification. Supervisees log independent and supervised hours across restricted and unrestricted buckets, watch their monthly requirements in real time, and generate pre-filled Monthly Verification Form PDFs. Supervisors get a dashboard of every supervisee, with monthly summaries and hour records to review. Ripley carries no ads. Optional paid plans, and enterprise plans for organizations, keep it sustainable.
How we think about your data
Ripley stores no electronic protected health information (ePHI). Hour entries describe your fieldwork activity, never client-identifying details. Your documentation belongs to you: forms and histories are downloadable whenever you need them.
The story so far
- 2021
Ripley launches as a free web tool for tracking ABA fieldwork hours, built because spreadsheets kept failing the people grinding toward 2,000 hours.
- 2022–2023
Ripley passes 16,000 users and approaches one million hour entries; version 3.0 ships with supervisor dashboards and pre-filled Monthly Verification Form PDFs.
- 2024–2025
The free ABA job board launches, enterprise plans arrive for ABA companies and universities, and Ripley adds full support for the 2027 BACB requirements ahead of schedule.
- Today
88,000+ aspiring BCBAs and their supervisors use Ripley, still free for core tracking, still answering the phone on weekdays.
