I went over my restricted hours – so I know I will have to get more unrestricted to make the 60% requirement. Does Ripley cut off at 2,000 hours? Or will it keep going so that my ratio is correct.

Nope, you can keep on going. I ended up turning in almost 2300 hours for my BCaBA just so my ratios were right. HA.
