Cannot add a new supervisor after paying 119.00 to upgrade to the Future BCBA plan

Hello Everyone,
Can someone please help me I have been trying to get in touch with Ripley’s with no response for two days. I cannot add my new supervisors. I deleted the ones that are no longer supervising but I am still unable to add the new ones AFTER upgrading to the future BCBA plan. I have applied for a refund with no response, and I can’t get my MVF signed unless I have my supervisor added. Can someone please help me with this?

I have several students running into this issue as well. When they signed up, unlimited supervisors were able to be added on the free version. It is very disappointing that the update now requires those who signed up prior to this update to pay. I have been contacting Ripley for months about different issues – usually they were quick to respond and very helpful, now I never hear back. While it is going to be a pain for my students, I am considering having them switch to a new platform to avoid any more issues.
