I’m interested in pursuing Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) within the ABA/BACA framework and would love guidance from those already working in this area.
What does entry into OBM typically look like (e.g., first roles, skills to build, certifications, supervision), and how did you personally transition from clinical ABA into OBM work?
Any advice on gaining experience while still accruing hours would be greatly appreciated.
