Early in my career, I didn’t always know how to set boundaries. I wanted to be helpful, flexible, and supportive, but that often turned into overextending myself. It took a few uncomfortable situations to realize something had to change. Even now, boundaries can feel tricky in this field. I’m curious what lessons others learned the hard way.
