What Grad School Didn’t Prepare You For
There’s a lot ABA programs do well, but there are definitely gaps once you’re in the field. Some challenges only show up when you’re managing real clients, real families, and real schedules. I remember feeling caught off guard by things I never expected to struggle with. Over time, those skills came from experience, not coursework. Curious what surprised others the most.
