Good example of supervision session notes

Hi! Most of my hours that I am logging are supervision sessions as I am a BCaBA working in a clinic. Does anyone have a good example of what a well done note for Ripley looks like? I just want to make sure I am documenting correctly.

I am a BCaBA as well. I always log mine as conducting fidelity checks, updating programming, implementing BST, etc. From everything that I looked up, it was very vague on what we could and could not put. I try to avoid using the word “supervision” in my fieldwork logs and instead log those in my BCaBA hours tracker. I hope this helps.
This is the example note my BCBA gave me when I started my internship, and it’s what I have been using as my reference ever since.
“The client emitted mands for reinforcers, actions, and locations with partial verbal prompts. The client responded quickly to verbal instructions such as “Clean up”, “Come here”, and “Give me”. The client required prompts to respond correctly to tacting common items, but engaged in correct responding after using least to most verbal prompts. The client transitioned from highly preferred to non-preferred activities with minimal prompting. The client engaged in physical aggression following a denial of access to an item. The BIP was followed, and the client demonstrated recovery and responded positively to redirection.”
I have a question. I am in school to get my BCaBA and I am logging my fieldwork hours, but it looks like the hours are got a BCBA, not a BCaBA. Is there a way I can switch that?
I only put 1-2 sentences per hour recorded for restricted or unrestricted work. Both my BCBA and my academic BCBA program head confirmed its not everything done in session but a quick sentence or two would be enough.

I hope that all is well with you. I would like to know the answer to this as well. What I do is mention everything that I did during the session. I also ensure that it falls under tasks that are usually carried out by the BCBA. So I would say something like, “student analyst joined session today with supervisor and field trainer to address functional communication with client. Student analyst provided parent training for implementing manding programs accurately.” I give a lot of detail so I am certain of what I learned and how I can apply it to my repertoire of student analyst skills.
