Good example of supervision session notes

Hi! Most of my hours that I am logging are supervision sessions as I am a BCaBA working in a clinic. Does anyone have a good example of what a well done note for Ripley looks like? I just want to make sure I am documenting correctly.

Hey Nicole,
I hope that all is well with you. I would like to know the answer to this as well. What I do is mention everything that I did during the session. I also ensure that it falls under tasks that are usually carried out by the BCBA. So I would say something like, “student analyst joined session today with supervisor and field trainer to address functional communication with client. Student analyst provided parent training for implementing manding programs accurately.” I give a lot of detail so I am certain of what I learned and how I can apply it to my repertoire of student analyst skills.
