Logging Restricted Hours

I am going to meet the max requirement of restricted hours (40% = 800 hours) before I meet the requirement of unrestricted hours (60% = 1,200 hours). Should I stop tracking restricted hours once I hit 800 and then continue logging only UNrestricted hours??
