Asynchronous observation tracking

It appears that Ripley adds the hours for an asynchronous observation to the total hours supervised. It shouldn’t. It should be tracked as an observation only. Is there a workaround to ensure the observation is tracked as completed without the hours adding to the total supervised hours?

You have to log that part separately. So if the supervision occurred from 10:00 to 11:00, you would need to log 3 entries in total. One prior, the supervision, and then the one after. I hope that makes sense and helps.
