BACB FVF under 2027 requirements – display error

I experience digits compatibility issues while filling 4 digits in the Final Verification Form from BACB. When I enter more tahn 999 hours, and reach 4th digit, the pdf is displaying a + sign, truncating the 4 th digit to fit in the space provided in the form, which is leading to error in automatic display of total hours and % of supervision in the final form. Any one tried the new form under 2027 requirement? How do we solve this?
