Cannot access my older monthly entries. From 2023

I need help, I recently returned back to work and have begun accruing hours again, I stopped after giving birth in 2023. Anyways, needless to say i’ve logged accrued hours and entries from 2021-2023, although I see the months in those years and the hours, I don’t see the entries i’ve entered per day. How can I regain access to those? Incase of an Audit I would need all of those hours with the entries I put in to be accounted for. I hope they aren’t lost!! Someone please help me !!
