how do i print a final fieldwork form? I need everything to submit to the BACB to apply to test.

I don’t see an option for this on Ripley, I believe you have to go onto the BACB website and download the final fieldwork verification form from there, then manually fill it out. There is also a link in the BCBA handbook that takes you directly to the form on the BACB site.
