Yes, my bcba brought this to my attention today and nether of us can figure out how to fix it. I have my supervisors added to my account but it still says “no account found/email not found”. Please let me know if you figured out how to fix this.
Yes, this is happening to me too currently. I’m the supervisor, and my supervisee sent the invite per the instructions and says I’m added, but I do not see them on my dashboard on my end.
