Wrong date?

Anyone struggling with the monthly verification form posting the wrong date on your PDF? I can’t seem to get it to change to the right date no matter what I do… I don’t understand why it wouldn’t just autofill from my computer I downloaded mine at 10:05pm on 6/30/26 and its claiming I made it on 7/1/26. My supervisor was able to sign it and date it for the correct date but my signature still has the wrong date stamped next to it?
