Intensive/Least Restrictive Potty Training Protocols

Does anyone have any resources for intensive potty training? The kiddo shows no aversion to restroom and occasionally and infrequently voids on potty. Spontaneous mands for bathroom occur when they need to be changed also escape/maintained behavior, depending on environment. Thanks!
