These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ripley Fieldwork Tracker website and services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Overview of Services
Ripley Fieldwork Tracker offers a web-based platform that helps trainees and supervisors track ABA fieldwork hours. Core hour tracking is free.
Paid plans add features and remove advertising. We currently offer RBT, Future BCBA and Exam Ready, each billed monthly or annually, and Enterprise plans for organizations covering their staff, which are agreed separately. What each plan includes, and what it costs, is set out on our pricing page.
We may change the plans we offer. If you hold a plan we no longer sell, it continues on the terms you bought it under until you cancel.
2. Payment and Billing
Billing Options:

Monthly: Billed every month in USD (United States Dollars) until you cancel.

Annual: Billed once a year in USD until you cancel.
Accepted Payment Methods: The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout.
Payment Processor: All payments are securely processed by Stripe.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
Monthly and Annual Plans (Recurring):
You may cancel at any time from your account, or by submitting a request through our Contact Page or email. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be received at least five (5) business days before your next billing date. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods or unused time.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate registration information.
- Keep your login credentials confidential.
- Use the service only for lawful and intended purposes.
- Not attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform.
5. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and content on Ripley Fieldwork Tracker are the intellectual property of Ripley or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or redistribute any materials without prior written permission.
6. Promotions and Trials
If we offer promotions, discounts, or free trials, the specific terms will be clearly disclosed at the time of the offer. Users are responsible for understanding those terms before participating.
7. Website Security
Our website uses HTTPS encryption to protect your information. Payment processing is PCI-DSS compliant through Stripe.
8. Disclaimers
Ripley Fieldwork Tracker is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and disclaim all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent allowed by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ripley shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Advertising on Ripley
This section applies when you buy banner space on Ripley.
You are responsible for your banner, its link and the page it opens. By buying space you confirm that you have the right to use everything in the ad, that the ad is accurate and not misleading, and that it complies with the law, including advertising and privacy law.
We review every banner, and nothing runs until we approve it. We may turn down, pause or remove any ad at any time, at our discretion. If we turn a banner down, we refund that state’s last payment; if we remove a running ad, we refund the unused days of the paid period.
Ad space is a subscription charged every week, every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks until you cancel. Stripe processes the payments. If you cancel within 48 hours of buying, the ad stops and we refund what you paid in full. After that, when you cancel, there is no further charge, and your ad keeps running until the end of the period you paid for.
We do not promise any number of views or clicks, or any business result. The figures in your advertiser account are our own count. An ad on Ripley does not mean that Ripley endorses the advertiser or what it offers.
