These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ripley Fieldwork Tracker website and services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Overview of Services

Ripley Fieldwork Tracker offers a web-based platform to help users track fieldwork hours. We provide an optional Ad-Free option, which removes advertisements for a streamlined experience. Ad-Free access is available as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time two-year access plan.

2. Payment and Billing

Billing Options:

• Monthly: Billed monthly in USD (United States Dollars).

• Yearly: Billed once per year in USD.

• Two-Year: One-time payment for two (2) years of Ad-Free access in USD (non-renewing).

Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
Payment Processor: All payments are securely processed by Stripe.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Monthly and Yearly Plans (Recurring):
You may cancel at any time by submitting a request through our Contact Page or email. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be received at least five (5) business days before your next billing date. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods or unused time.

Two-Year Plan (One-Time, Non-Renewing):
The two-year plan is a one-time payment and does not automatically renew. No refunds are issued for unused time.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Use the service only for lawful and intended purposes.
• Not attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content on Ripley Fieldwork Tracker are the intellectual property of Ripley or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or redistribute any materials without prior written permission.

6. Promotions and Trials

If we offer promotions, discounts, or free trials, the specific terms will be clearly disclosed at the time of the offer. Users are responsible for understanding those terms before participating.

7. Website Security

Our website uses HTTPS encryption to protect your information. Payment processing is PCI-DSS compliant through Stripe.

8. Disclaimers

Ripley Fieldwork Tracker is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and disclaim all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent allowed by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ripley shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
